Shipping Information

Q. What countries does Zipbuds ship to?

A. United States, United Kingdom, Canada.  The purchaser is responsible for all duties/taxes on their order.

Q. What ship methods do you offer?
A. U.S. orders with a street address will ship Standard Ground, Express 2nd Day or Next Day as requested on your order. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. Standard Ground shipping charges vary based on the weight of each order. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order, you will be able to review before your order is placed.

You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order.

Zipbuds.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.

EXPRESS 2ND DAY & NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Zipbuds.com also offers Next Day and Express 2nd Day for some products. Shipping charges for Next Day and Express 2nd Day are based on the item weight and the delivery address. Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process online at Zipbuds.com and before you place your order. All express orders received by 2PM PST (on business days) are shipped out the same day. Otherwise they are shipped out the next day.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We work to ship your order quickly. Standard Ground shipping to a U.S. street address is 5-7 business days. You will be given the estimated delivery time of your shipment during the order process.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. You will be e-mailed a tracking number when your order ships. Additionally, you can check the status of your order on our website www.DGAStore.com or by calling 1-888-345-4834 (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PST).

Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. We are sometimes able to cancel orders on the same day the order is placed, please call 1-888-345-4834 (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PST). We cannot cancel orders already in process.

Q. What if the item is not available?
We do our best to keep all items in stock, however sometimes demand for an item depletes inventory. You can check item availability online at www.Zipbuds.com.

Q. I’m buying gifts, can I ship my order to someone else?
A. Yes, by entering their shipping information in the ship to address. We may require additional identification to verify your billing information.

A. Occasionally Zipbuds.com will offer shipping promotions. These are subject to additional terms & conditions. Free and Discounted shipping is valid ONLY within the contiguous United States of America.
